How Today’s Youth Can Live the Life of Jesus Christ

Friday October 16, 2020, The youth of the Church of God’s Miracle Church (GMC) made an evangelistic visit to one of the schools in the Province of Bujumbura commonly called Bujumbura Rural.
They had the chance to preach the good news of Jesus Christ where this Youth of the Church had as Theme: “HOW THE YOUTH OF TODAY CAN LIVE THE LIFE OF JESUS CHRIST.
Reading in PHILIPPIANS 2: 5 “Have in yourselves the feelings which were in Jesus Christ,” the youth of the Church placed great emphasis on this saying by calling the youth of this locality to live as Jesus Christ did.
Four points have been seen together to push this theme further:
- To have the life of Jesus Christ in you, you cannot flee temptation Luke 4: 1-12
- To have a life of Christ in you, you must have a good reputation
Matthew 7:20 Galatians 5: 22-24 - To have this life of Jesus Christ, you have to walk like him. Matthew 26:71
- Whoever wants to have this life of Christ in him, must accept to receive the Holy Spirit and must be converted to leave bad habits. Galatians 5: 16-17
After the preaching, the preacher proceeded to pray for the new converts to receive the life of Jesus Christ.
